Will your broker accept the workflow?
Check interface capabilities, permissions and order responses before relying on a live connection.
Integration begins with compatibility
We review the broker interface you propose to use, including available application access, order types, rate limits and account permissions. Where the interface is suitable, we configure the connection and test authentication, order submission, rejection handling and status updates in an available test environment. This usually takes two to four weeks, depending on broker documentation and access. You receive a connection specification, test records and operating notes. We cannot change a broker's interface or approve access on its behalf.

What if an interface is unsuitable?
Some brokers do not offer the access, order types or documentation a proposed automation needs. Others restrict particular instruments or change their interfaces over time. If a connection cannot be tested and monitored to an acceptable standard, we say so before building around it. We may suggest narrowing the workflow or keeping a manual step, but we do not work around account permissions or broker terms. Your broker remains responsible for its own platform and order processing.
A connection is not complete when an order first goes through. It must also show what happened when an order fails, times out or remains open longer than expected.
