When you can expect a reply
The Biotrons team handles enquiries during South African business hours, Monday to Friday, 09:00 to 17:00. We first check whether the request concerns a defined automation or testing task and whether we have enough information to discuss it. A reply may ask for clarification rather than offer an immediate estimate. We cannot provide investment recommendations or assess a strategy's likely financial outcome through the contact form.
