What does a workable setup cost?

Choose a scope based on the rules, connections and monitoring you actually need.

Configuration scope and notes on support requirements

Scope comes before a final quote

The plans below describe recurring access and support for a defined configuration. Initial setup effort varies with the clarity of your rules, the quality of historical data and the broker interface. We discuss any setup work separately before it begins. A higher plan adds tool capacity and review support; it does not change the uncertainty of trading. You remain responsible for deciding whether your strategy and account are appropriate for live execution.

Which scope should you discuss?

  • Start fits one documented rule set and a named person who checks activity.

  • Operator fits several rules that need regular exception review.

  • Desk fits a team that needs shared visibility across workflows.

  • A larger plan will not make an untested trading idea more reliable.

  • A plan cannot supply broker access that your account does not permit.

  • Subscription support does not replace your own market-risk decisions.

What can change the quoted scope?

An undocumented rule set usually needs clarification before configuration. Historical data may require cleaning, while some broker interfaces need additional testing or may not support the required orders at all. We identify these issues during scoping and separate one-off implementation work from the recurring plan. Changes to instruments, rules or account permissions after handover may require a revised scope. No work begins merely because you ask for an estimate.

Colleagues reviewing a broker-interface checklist and implementation scope

A useful quote identifies the rule sets, data sources, connection assumptions and support boundaries. If those are unclear, the price alone will not tell you what you are buying.
